MY STORY

About Dolce Imagination

 

An artist at heart I have always had a passion for baking plus a creative mind to complement it!

 

As a mother, wife, and full time worker, time was never on my side to allow me to express my desires and passions for baking.  For the past five years I have studied cake design from many of the cake industries master confectioners.  My training has allowed me to perfect my passion and open my creative mind which can be seen in my creations. 

 

I am continually learning new techniques, sharpening and honing my craft.  While studying at the Culinary Arts Professional Baking & Pastry program, I learned the craft of cake making on a professional level.  As a proud member of the International Cake Exploration Society and associated with California Cake Camp Association,  I am in constant contact with several master confectioners and manufactures which allows me to stay abreast of the ever changing world of cake creating. 

 

I absolutely love my profession of designing and creating beautiful cakes!  Allow me to help you create something unique and special for your special occasion!
